How to take care of the ultrafine grinder?
1. In the process of consumption, the temperature rise of bearings should be checked regularly. When the temperature rise exceeds 50 C, the machine should be stopped for checking to find out the cause and to clean up the defects.
2. When the new machine is running, the transmission belt is easy to stretch. We should pay attention to adjusting the proper tightness of the belt to ensure the service life of the belt.
3. Vulnerable parts should be inspected regularly and replaced in time to ensure the quality and quantity of consumption.
4. The wear condition of blades and linings should be checked frequently. If the consumption rate falls after wear, the wear will be changed when the particle size becomes coarse.
5. The main engine and the graded movable bearing are all smooth and greasy. They adopt No. 2 special grease with a degree of 265-295.
6. The grease-changing period of bearings is 2000 hours. The filling quantity of smooth grease is 1/2 (upper) or 3/4 (lower) of the space in the bearing chamber. Never fill with smooth grease too much, otherwise, the bearing temperature will be too high.
7. The changing period of spiral feeder is 4000 hours, adding ordinary calcium-based smooth grease.
