1、本机上一种立轴反射型粉碎机,在粉碎室内设有分级装置,被粉碎的物料受气流作用,经分级装置而搜集,不用筛,由分级装置替代,一次完成微粉和微粉分选的两道加工序,粉碎效率高,粒度均匀。

三、结构与工作原理

本涡流超细粉碎机组由主机、旋风分别器、关风器、高压离心风机、旋风集粉器和电控柜6部分组成。

主机由机体、机架、喂料装置、粉碎装置、分机装置、传动装置、出料管等电机组成。

机体内腔为圆筒形,由环形板将其分为上下两部分,下部分为进气室,上部分由分流环分隔成粉碎室和分级室。粉碎室由粉碎盘和环形衬套组成,用来将物料击碎成粉,分级室由分级叶轮组成,把粉碎室被击碎的细粉分红所需的合格品和未合格品,合格品经出料管被吸出,由旋风分别器经关风器下沉,经过废品出口待包装。未合格品沿分流环内壁回落到粉碎室,继续粉碎,直到被吸出为止。

粉碎盘和分级叶轮分别由向上向下的轴,经过三角皮带传动而单独驱动,分级叶轮的转速可调,用以调理产品粒度。喂料螺旋装置在机体内侧壁,用来把物料送入粉碎室,其转速也可调整,以控制不同的喂料量。
