1. Check and modify the filter. The screen is made of thin steel plate or iron sheet. When the screen is worn or damaged by foreign bodies, if the damaged area is not large, it can be riveted or soldered to repair; if the damaged area of the screen is large, it should be replaced with a new screen. When installing the screen, the burr side of the screen hole should be inward, the lubrication side should be outward, and the screen sheet and the screen frame should be closely coordinated. When installing annular sieve plate, the stacked stubble should rotate along the rotating direction to avoid material being stuck in the stack.
2. Smoothing and replacement of bearings. After 300 hours of operation, the mill should clean the bearings. If the bearing is smooth with oil, it is better to add 1/3 clearance to the bearing seat when adding new oil. The maximum value does not exceed 1/2. Before operation, the oil cup cap can only be tightened slightly. When the bearing of crusher is seriously worn or damaged, it should be replaced in time, and pay attention to enhancing smoothness; when using tapered roller bearings, it should pay attention to checking the axial clearance of the bearing, so that it adheres to 0.2-0.4 mm. If there is any discomfort, it can be adjusted by adding or reducing the paper mat on the bearing cover.
Three. Change pliers and hammers. Crushing claw and hammer are the vulnerable parts of feed crusher, and they are also the main parts affecting crushing quality and consumption rate. The broken claws and hammers should be replaced in time after wear and tear. When changing the claw, the brake disc should be pulled out first. Before pulling out, first turn the round nut lock on the opposite side of the disc, tighten the round nut with a hook wrench, and then pull out the disc with a special puller. In order to ensure the balanced operation of the rotor, the teeth should be changed thoroughly. The static equilibrium experiment should be stopped after replacement to make the mill work steadily. When assembling claws, nuts must be tightened and spring washers must not be missing. Qualified parts should be selected when changing teeth. The weight difference of single claw should not be less than 1.0-1.5g.
4. The hammers of some Hammer Crushers are symmetrical. When the sharp angle of the hammer becomes blunt, it can be used to adjust the reverse angle. If two corners of one end are worn out, they should be used in the opposite direction. When adjusting the angle or head, all hammers should stop at the same time. After the four corners of the hammer are worn out, all hammers should be replaced. It should be noted that the weight difference of each group of hammers should not be greater than 5 grams. When the spindle, disc, positioning sleeve, pin and hammer are finished, the static balancing experiment should be stopped, and the rotor balancing should be insisted to avoid the vibration of the unit. In addition, the round holes of fixed hammer pin shaft and device pin shaft will gradually wear out due to wear, and the round holes will also gradually wear out. When the diameter of pin shaft is 1 mm smaller than the original size and the diameter of round hole is 1 mm larger than the original size, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
